At Lawfinity Solicitors, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services and, as such, we do charge fees for our services. It is worth noting that there are alternative sources of advice that may offer their services without charging a fee. Institutions such as the Law Centre and Citizen’s Advice Bureaus provide free immigration advisory services.

Lawfinity Solicitors operates on a fixed fee basis. Our fee scale is presented to you during the initial consultation. Our comprehensive fee includes coverage for the following services:

• Advising you on your specific case.
• Reviewing and analysing your file and relevant documentation.
• Preparing and managing your case, ensuring all necessary documentation and applications are complete and submitted correctly.
• Engaging in correspondence on your behalf with relevant authorities and organisations.
• Providing regular updates on the progress of your case.
• Facilitating and receiving telephone calls related to your case.
• Covering UK postage costs associated with your case.
  In addition to our professional fees, there may be certain disbursements or fees payable to external entities, such as the Home Office or High Commissions, which are typically application-related fees. These external fees are not included in our fee scale and will need to be paid separately.Please be advised that any postal orders for external fees must be made payable to the relevant authorities, individuals, or organisations directly, and not to Lawfinity Solicitors. It’s important to note that Lawfinity Solicitors Limited is not a VAT-registered company, and therefore, we do not charge VAT to our clients.
